Built for Multi-Bank Electrical Systems
Many boats and vehicles run at minimum two separate battery banks — a dedicated starting battery for the engine and a house battery bank for electronics, accessories, and auxiliary loads. These batteries have different usage patterns, different charge states, and different maintenance requirements. Connecting them to a single-bank charger either undercharges one or overcharges the other. The WaveCharge 2-Bank runs two independent ISM cycles simultaneously, each responding to its own battery's state at full 3 Amps output.
Independent Banks — Not a Splitter
Each bank operates as a complete independent 3 Amp charging circuit. Bank 1 can be in bulk charge recovering a depleted house battery while Bank 2 is in float maintenance on a fully charged starting battery — simultaneously, without output reduction on either bank. This is the critical distinction from shared-output charging systems.
Multi-Chemistry: Lead-Acid and Lithium
A per-bank chemistry selector delivers the correct ISM profile for either lead-acid or Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. Each bank is configured independently — Bank 1 can charge a lead-acid starting battery while Bank 2 maintains a Lithium house bank. Full 3 Amps output at the correct chemistry profile on each bank simultaneously.
